Refund Policy

Requesting a Refund
Please contact us via email and include your order number as well as a detailed explanation for requesting a replacement or refund.
All returns and refunds are shipped at the expense of the customer however, if your item is shown to be faulty, this cost will be reimbursed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt and or proof of purchase, including the return tracking details.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return has been received, we will notify you via email and confirm the outcome of your request. If approved, your refund will be credited via your original payment method. The refund time may vary, if you have not received your refund please contact your Bank and or Credit Card Company in the first instance.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
Items will be replaced if they are shown to be defective or damaged.
Sale & Discounted Products
All discounted or sales products are final.
Currency
All prices shown are shown in NZD. If you are placing an international order, your bank determines the currency conversion rate.
