Click & Collect
Based in Christchurch, we offer a Click & Collect service for those who prefer to pick up their order directly from us. Simply select the Pick-Up option at checkout, and we’ll be in touch to arrange a collection time that works best for you.

Order Dispatch & Tracking
We aim to have all orders dispatched within 24 hours. Once your order has been collected by our courier, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey home.

If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation within 3–4 business days, please contact us at support@lamontcollective.com and we’ll ensure it’s resolved promptly.

International Shipping
Due to recent updates in international shipping regulations, all listed rates are estimates and may be subject to change. If an adjustment is required, a separate invoice will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Free New Zealand Shipping on Orders Over $150
